Shipping Address
We will only ship to the billing or shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your address, postcode, city, state, and contact number are accurate and complete before confirming your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes). Thepaperrose Collection shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be communicated to the customer prior to re-shipment.
Change in Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at thepaperrose.co@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing your order.
Requests made after 24 hours from order confirmation may not be accommodated, and any additional shipping charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Ready Stock Items: 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday)
Pre-Order Items: Up to 30 working days for processing before shipment
Delivery is made during business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekdays only), excluding public holidays.
Please note that delivery time may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped and picked up by our courier partner, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or mobile app (where applicable).
For record purposes, proof of purchase, invoice, or delivery order will be available upon request.
